The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions. The role involves using strong sales skills to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions across Allstate's broad product portfolio, and influence purchase decisions. Performance is evaluated based on sales production, time management, quality of business, and adherence to rules and regulations.
We provide extensive training, ongoing development, and a supportive team environment. This role is only available in the US, excluding Puerto Rico, California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $23.13 per hour, based on experience.
