Seasonal Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

You will assist customers during their purchasing journey, aiming for a 30% conversion rate, by offering authentic conversations to identify their needs and facilitate orders. About the Role

As a Seasonal Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities include:

1. Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
2. Helping customers complete purchases and supporting post-order inquiries.
3. Asking probing questions and persuading customers to purchase additional products/services.
4. Building customer relationships and identifying retention opportunities.
5. Tracking and documenting information in databases.
6. Maintaining broad knowledge of products/services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred.
7. Offering additional products/services and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of soft sales experience.
