Job Description

The Seasonal Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. This role involves assisting customers through inbound calls during their purchasing journey, with a sales goal of achieving a 30% conversion rate. You will engage in authentic conversations to identify the best products and services for customers and facilitate order placement. We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Role Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
• Assist customers with purchases and post-order support.
• Ask probing questions to understand customer needs.
• Persuade customers to purchase additional products/services.
• Build relationships and find ways to retain customers.
• Track and document information in databases.
• Maintain broad knowledge of products/services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables; familiarity with iOS/MacOS is preferred.
• Offer additional products/services.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of soft sales experience (upselling, recommending products, telemarketing, etc.).
• Strong focus on customer relationship building.
• Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and sales conversion.
• Open availability.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
• Proficient in multitasking and technology.
• Strong computer skills and PC knowledge.
• Reliable desktop or laptop, high-speed internet, and a smartphone.
• Reside in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address.
