Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Service Team Member at our Oxford, AL location.

You will help customers shop, provide a fast and friendly checkout, and participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance to keep the store well merchandised and in stock. Responsibilities include assisting with Omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store, engaging customers with our Rewards program, and supporting safety and SOP adherence while delivering

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and locate products.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle transactions.
• Unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, in-stock optimization, and safety programs.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and enroll customers in programs.
