• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store appearance, stock, and recovery; support shrink and safety programs.
