Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the face of the office. You’ll greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations in person during tax season.

This role offers training and growth into tax preparation or leadership, with emphasis on confidentiality, teamwork, and delivering a friendly, efficient client experience.

Evenings and weekends are required during tax season; prior office or hospitality experience is a plus.
