ODOT-District 5 in Ohio is hiring for seasonal, full-time highway maintenance positions in Coshocton and surrounding counties. The roles involve servicing the public, performing maintenance like flagging, pothole patching, and guardrail repairs, and handling snow and ice operations.

Candidates must have a Class B CDL with tanker endorsement and meet basic education requirements; background checks apply. Positions may require nights, weekends, and on-call work; overtime eligibility is noted.

Competenze

• Formal arithmetic education with addition, subtraction, decimals, percentages and fractions; ability to read, write and speak English; 3 months' training or experience operating basic equipment.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License at the appropriate level to operate motorized equipment per Ohio Revised Code 4506.
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License with tanker endorsement without airbrake restriction.
• Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
