Swiss Valley is seeking a Guest Services Support Specialist for the 2026-2027 winter season. You will assist with selling lift tickets, rentals, and season passes, and troubleshoot RFID gate systems to ensure smooth ticketing operations.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced environments, with flexibility to handle varying shifts and duties across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old by 11/1/2026 to apply.
• All employees age 18+ will complete a background check upon hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills to interact with guests and coworkers effectively.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, software applications and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Communication: Develop familiarity with Swiss Valley’s ticketing and pass products. Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors.
• Provide information to guests in person and while assisting with phone calls.
• Professionalism: Respond to all guests in a courteous and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude. Positively contribute to the team effort by assisting other staff as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure that guests enjoy their experience.
• Problem Solve: Solve problems effectively and resolve guest issues efficiently, especially during busy shifts.
