Job summary

Sun Valley Resort is seeking a friendly Ticket Sales Agent to assist guests with lift tickets and provide basic knowledge of the resort and surrounding area. You will greet guests, explain and sell products, and collaborate with the team to ensure top-tier service.

The role requires accurate RTP usage, cash handling, and the ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, RTP, and related computer systems.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, helpful, and respectful manner.
• Accurately explain, recommend, and sell ticket products based on guest needs.
• Collaborate with team members to support the Ticketing department and resort.
• Sell and process tickets accurately using RTP and related systems.
• Process guest transactions, provide correct change, and balance the department bank at shift end.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
