Brighton Ski Resort in Utah is hiring Full-Time Guest Services Desk staff for the 2026/2027 winter season. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, providing expert knowledge of ticket and season pass products and helping visitors from around the world.

This fast-paced role requires a friendly, proactive attitude, excellent communication, multitasking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You’ll work with teammates to deliver seamless guest experiences, handle inquiries in

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with hospitality mindset.
• Strong communication skills; able to listen, explain, and remain professional.
• Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Be the friendly, welcoming face for guests from around the world.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of ticket and season pass products, rates, discounts, promotions and events.
• Work closely with teammates to provide exceptional guest service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace; restock supplies; assist with opening/closing duties.
• Communicate clearly with guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Salesforce and Five9 skills preferred but not required.
• Relay information to other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Handle difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
• Stay informed about resort parking and assist guests online and on-site in the parking lot.
• Direct guests to locations around the Brighton Resort with enthusiasm.
