Shenandoah Hospitality is hiring a Guest Services Attendant - Porter for seasonal lodging operations in Stanley, VA. You will greet guests, escort them to rooms, and support multiple hotel functions to ensure flawless guest experiences amid breathtaking park settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year front of house experience.
• National Park/Resort experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and professional greeting to guests and anticipate their needs.
• Escort guests to accommodations and assist with luggage; inform about features and procedures.
• Ensure public areas and equipment are clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist other departments including housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry as needed.
• Complete minor maintenance tasks.
• Perform front desk duties during lunch/breaks as needed.
• Share knowledge of the Park and surrounding area with guests.
• Understand ISO management systems and responsibilities and meet related goals.
