Shenandoah National Park — Shenandoah Hospitality seeks a Restaurant Supervisor for a seasonal role in Stanley, VA. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager and supports front-of-house operations to deliver extraordinary hospitality.

The role requires leadership, guest service excellence, and the ability to work varied shifts. Compensation includes an hourly rate and seasonal employment dating across multiple resort locations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework or a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts.
• Three (3) years supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Minimum 3 years hospitality/customer service experience.

Mansioni

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the front of house operation.
• Ensure Host/Hostess area is clean and organized; manage daily reservations.
• Oversee open/close side work and sign off on duties.
• Supervise Bartender and Server cash closing procedures.
• Coordinate special tour luncheons with Sales/Marketing and RM as needed.
• Ensure dining experiences exceed guest expectations per guidelines.
• Execute closing procedures per company policy.
• Provide feedback to RM on operational issues.
• Train, coach and mentor front of house staff.
