Job summary

Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Garden is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Ticket Booth Representative to greet visitors at the entrance, assist with ticket purchases, and share information about gardens and programs.

The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and seasonal evening events, with strong communication and computer skills; hospitality or retail experience is preferred for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and ticketing systems.
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, courteous, and professional service to all guests in person and via phone.
• Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and general inquiries.
• Accurately process transactions using ticketing and POS systems.
• Share general information about the gardens, events, programs, and amenities.
• Monitor and support guest flow at the ticket booth to ensure an efficient experience.
• Uphold and respectfully enforce Dallas Arboretum policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
