Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead to join our store leadership team in Tulsa. You will drive in-store performance by delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading floor operations, and supporting the hiring, coaching, and development of team members.

You'll open and close the store, monitor daily metrics, and ensure operational readiness across shifts while maintaining an inclusive, energetic environment for both guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Availability for varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to drive guest experience and store performance.
• Provide technical product education to guests to meet their needs.
• Assist with hiring decisions, onboarding, and training of teammates.
• Open and close the store following procedures and ensure store readiness.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to hit sales goals.
• Create an inclusive, respectful team environment and deliver feedback and recognition.
