lululemon is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead in Chandler to oversee the guest journey on the sales floor, deliver technical product education, and drive store performance through guest experience and sales targets. The role involves leading the floor, contributing to hiring decisions, and serving as Supervisor on Duty when needed.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail or customer experience, and are comfortable leading a team, coaching others, and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide ongoing product education to guests on the floor.
• Oversee store operations and act as Supervisor on Duty.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of team members.
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members to foster growth.
