lululemon in Calabasas (The Commons) is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead to drive an exceptional in-store experience and lead the floor as Supervisor on Duty. You will deliver technical product education and guide the team toward daily sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will participate in hiring, onboarding, and training while coaching team members and fostering an inclusive, energetic atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• Experience: 1 year of retail/sales leadership (supervisor or people management not necessary).

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate product value.
• Serve as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) and assist on the floor.
• Contribute to store hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Address team performance and provide direct feedback and recognition.
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and productive team environment.
