Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Travel to assigned store may be required

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the sales floor and coach teammates to deliver an exceptional customer journey.
• Provide in-store technical product education to meet guest needs.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes for store staff.
• Open and close the store according to procedures and ensure daily readiness.
• Monitor daily metrics and drive sales performance through the team.
