Responsibilities

• Lead the floor to provide exceptional guest experience and drive store performance.
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate product value.
• Participate in store hiring decisions, onboarding and training.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals.
• Open and close the store following procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Create a respectful, inclusive team environment and coach for continuous development.
