lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a quality in-store experience and to drive store performance. You will lead from the floor, train team members, and act as Supervisor on Duty to ensure outcomes align with daily targets.

The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience and some leadership or mentoring experience, with a focus on inclusive customer care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life from the floor.
• Lead as Supervisor on Duty to meet guest and business needs.
• Review daily data and motivate the team toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of team members.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to teammates.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
