Job summary

FS GRAIN is seeking a Seasonal Grain Scale Operator in Mazon, IL to run the scale, ensure accurate tickets, and support office staff with filing and reporting. The role requires proficiency with a Scale System, strong customer service, and a valid driver's license.

Compensation starts at $17.50–$18.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunity for growth as part of FS GRAIN’s team. Under supervision, you will assist with invoicing, communicate with settlement, origination and operations staff, and

Qualifications

• Proven computer skills and ability to work with customers.
• Experience in elevator/scale operations preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate the scale and manage inbound/outbound/transfer tickets.
• Inform settlement and operations staff with ticket data in a timely manner.
• Provide courteous customer service and handle invoicing for load out tickets.
