• Proven computer skills as well as a track record of working effectively with customers is required.
• Prefer knowledge of cooperative philosophies and principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate the scale and manage inbound/outbound/transfer tickets, including weights and grades.
• Process customer tickets and invoicing for load out.
• Communicate promptly with settlement, origination, and operations staff about tickets and weight/grade data.
• Provide basic customer service and answer phones when needed.
• Assist with filing, reporting and tidiness of scale operation area.
