FS GRAIN in Ashton, IL is seeking a Seasonal Grain Scale Operator to manage scale operations, tickets, and communications with settlement and originations staff.

Under the supervision of the Scale Coordinator, duties include handling inbound/outbound tickets, errors, invoicing, and customer service, with opportunities to learn the Scale System and generate reports.

We offer a competitive pay of $17.50–$18.00 per hour, full benefits, and a teamwork‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven computer skills and ability to work effectively with customers.
• Prefer knowledge of cooperative philosophies and principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate scale and manage inbound/outbound/transfer tickets and weights/grades.
• Handle invoicing for customer/cash load out tickets and communicate with settlement staff.
• Generate relevant reports from the Scale System and assist with filing and reporting duties.
