Job summary

FS GRAIN is seeking a Seasonal Grain Scale Operator at Holder, IL to manage scale operations, ticket accuracy, and customer service. You will process inbound and outbound tickets, assist with invoicing, and coordinate with settlement and operations teams to ensure smooth daily shipments.

Strong computer skills and a valid driver's license are required. The role includes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to work hours beyond typical shifts when necessary, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Proven computer skills and a track record of working effectively with customers.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate the scale and manage inbound/outbound/transfer tickets.
• Handle invoicing for customer/cash load out tickets and report weight/grade information.
• Communicate with settlement, origination and operations staff in a timely fashion.
• Assist with filing, reporting and other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
