Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the scale for inbound/outbound/transfer activities.
• Manage tickets, weigh and grade information, and charges.
• Process invoicing and communicate with settlement and operations staff.
• Provide basic customer service and answer phones when needed.
• Assist with filing, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
