Job summary

GameStop is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak periods. The role focuses on sales, customer service, and maintaining a clean, well merchandised store environment.

You will assist customers with video game needs, stock shelves, and help execute holiday sales initiatives. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a priority on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store visuals, merchandising, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and move products to the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures including attendance and confidentiality.
