Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days. You will focus on sales, customer service, and store maintenance, delivering friendly service and helping guests with their video game needs.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, stocking merchandise, keeping areas clean and organized, and following store policies. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. This is a short-term role designed to drive holiday sales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations and visual merchandising during the holiday season.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and restocking from stock room; ensure proper presentation.
• Help the store meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions; escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow store policies and safety practices.
