Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs, recommending items and processing transactions with selling behaviors.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines, including restocking shelves.
• Assist in inventory control and loss prevention, and escalate guest issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Adhere to attendance, dress, grooming, and confidentiality policies.
