You will greet guests, assist with video gaming needs, stock and merchandise shelves, and follow company policies while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting them with video gaming needs, and guiding purchases.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate when needed to a store keyholder.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to attendance, dress, grooming, and confidentiality policies.
