Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join the store team during peak sales days. You will deliver excellent guest service, assist customers with video gaming needs, and support daily store operations.

You will help with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean, organized environment while following store policies and safety guidelines. Availability during holidays, weekends, and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with video gaming needs.
• Help customers select products and apply selling behaviors during transactions.
• Maintain store appearance, assist with merchandising and restocking.
• Support store initiatives and ensure products are well-presented and organized.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
