Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs, recommend items, and complete transactions with courtesy.
• Support store operations and visual merchandising during holiday peak periods.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are presented well.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow safety and loss-prevention practices and store policies.
