Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team during peak sales periods. You will deliver outstanding guest service, assist customers with video game needs, and help maintain a clean, well-merchandised selling floor.

You will support stock, assist with transactions, and contribute to achieving sales goals while adhering to store policies and safety practices. Availability during holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them with their video game needs; recommend items and complete transactions.
• Support store maintenance and merchandising; assist with stocking and restocking shelves.
• Maintain a clean and organized selling floor and restrooms per company guidelines.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals during peak holiday periods.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate to a store lead when needed.
