Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and restock from stock room.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention, aware of scams and safety.
• Adhere to policies on attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
