Job summary

GameStop is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days. You will focus on sales, customer service, and store maintenance while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, holiday-driven environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, stocking, merchandising, and helping meet sales and shrinkage goals. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending additional items.
• Support store environment, visuals, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and replenishment, ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder if needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies, including attendance and confidentiality.
