GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak seasonal days. The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), and prior retail or guest service experience (preferred).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store shopping environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures related to attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
