Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak seasonal days. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced gaming retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, restocking, maintaining store appearance, and helping meet sales goals while adhering to store policies and safety practices. Must be 18+ and available for holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support shopping environment and store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure presentation on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues as needed to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
