Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis, delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced selling environment during peak seasonal days.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, helping with video game needs, restocking, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to sales goals while following store policies and safety practices. 18+ required; prior retail or guest service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs; recommend items and guide purchases.
• Support store environment and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines; restock merchandise as needed.
• Assist in transferring products from stock room to selling floor and maintain presentation.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals while delivering excellent service.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; stay aware of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
