Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak sales days. You will deliver outstanding guest service, assist with gaming product needs, and participate in merchandise presentation and store maintenance in a fast-paced holiday environment.

You will help meet sales goals, stock shelves, answer questions, and escalate issues to a keyholder as needed while following company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with gaming product needs while promoting add-ons.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock shelves and move products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help achieve sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to attendance and grooming standards.
