Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly cashier service in a seasonal capacity. You will process transactions, assist customers, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards and knowledge of promotions.

The role may include sales associate or merchandiser duties, with training on wine, spirits, and beer products. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and a team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ year in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
