Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly cashier service and help customers locate products. This role may also function as a sales associate or merchandiser depending on store needs.

You will process transactions, promote the loyalty program, and build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training while maintaining store safety and compliance. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-level customer service in a retail setting.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as business requires.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Promote loyalty program and provide personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
