Total Wine & More is seeking a seasonal front-end team member to support fast, friendly checkout and customer service. You may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser, reporting to store management.

You’ll process transactions, assist customers, and participate in training to grow product knowledge. You will operate POS systems, handle payments, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards and compliance with alcohol sale laws.

Formación

• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to sale of alcohol and a safe store environment.
