Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a seasonal Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service as a cashier and sometimes as a sales associate or merchandiser. You will handle transactions, promote the loyalty program, and share product knowledge while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (preferred), 1–3 years retail experience, and familiarity with POS systems. Flexible schedule incl. evenings/weekends; comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Answer customer questions and promote loyalty program.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Bag products and ensure accurate ringing and receipts.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sales laws.
• Support cross-functional duties as needed.
