Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service as a cashier and seasonal sales associate. You will handle transactions, greet customers, build relationships, and promote wine, spirits, and beer product knowledge. Training, benefits, and a supportive team environment are offered.

The role involves flexibility in scheduling, adherence to laws on alcohol sales, and a path to non-seasonal opportunities within the store team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Deliver friendly service, greet customers, and inform about products and services.
• Promote loyalty program and bag merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness and adhere to alcohol sale regulations.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned.
