Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Cashier/Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service, process transactions, and promote loyalty programs in a welcoming wine-focused environment.

You will gain product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training, while maintaining promotions and ads knowledge and adhering to safety standards. The role supports a dynamic store team with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized service experience.
• Promote loyalty programs and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and store policies.
• Help keep store clean, safe, and compliant with alcohol laws.
• Handle cross-functional duties as needed.
• Seasonal role may be short-term with potential non-seasonal progression.
