Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a front-end team member to process transactions, assist customers, and maintain store standards. You will handle payments, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a busy retail setting.

You may be assigned as a sales associate or merchandiser. The role requires flexibility, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a seasonal capacity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized service experience to promote products and loyalty programs.
• Answer inquiries, wrap and bag items, and maintain knowledge of promotions and store policies.
• Assist with training and cross-functional duties as needed and maintain a safe store environment.
