Total Wine & More is hiring a Front End Team Member (Cashier) to deliver fast, friendly service. You will process sales, answer questions, and assist as a merchandiser/stock associate as needed. The role includes greeting customers, promoting the loyalty program, and maintaining store standards.

Experience in retail and familiarity with POS systems are preferred. This seasonal position offers a range of benefits and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Promote loyalty program and bag merchandise.
• Greet customers and build relationships through personalized service.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness; comply with alcohol sale laws.
