Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service at the register and assist customers across wine, spirits, and beer categories. You will process transactions, share product knowledge, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, provide a personalized experience, and promote loyalty programs.
• Assist customers with questions and product information; participate in wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs; ensure store safety and cleanliness.
