Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring for a seasonal Front End Team Member role in a wine and spirits retail environment. You will process transactions, greet customers, promote loyalty programs, and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification.
• Answer customer questions and promote loyalty program.
• Bag products and provide fast, friendly service to ensure a positive visit.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge (wine, spirits, beer).
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, adhere to alcohol sale laws, and follow store regulations.
• Support cross-functional duties as assigned.
