Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member (Cashier/Sales Associate) to deliver fast, friendly service, process transactions, answer questions, and help customers find products across wine, spirits, and beer.

The role may include as needed duties as merchandiser or stock associate; requires 1–3 years retail experience and familiarity with POS systems and inventory software; ability to work evenings and weekends; and compliance with alcohol sale laws.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification, payment handling, inquiries, loyalty program, and bagging.
• Greet customers and build relationships to inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Adhere to laws and regulations related to sale of alcohol and a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
