Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member (Seasonal) in the United States. In this role, you will process transactions, answer questions, promote our loyalty programs, and ensure customers leave with a positive impression of their visit. You may also be assigned as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed.

You will greet customers, build relationships, and share product knowledge, including wine and beer. A flexible schedule, 21+ age, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Promote loyalty program and bag groceries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and store policies.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and keep store clean and safe.
