Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Season al Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register, assist customers, and promote the loyalty program. You will handle transactions, answer questions, and help customers with product knowledge while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and offers opportunities to grow through wine, beer, and spirits training and Total Rewards benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver friendly customer service and promote loyalty programs.
• Answer questions and assist customers with products and services.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and adhere to laws on alcohol sales.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
